PRE-Pilates

PRE-Pilates: designed for those with no prior Pilates experience OR for those wishing to enhance their Pilates mat class experience. Focus is on correct breathing, form, and the Pilates mind-body connection.  Appropriate for pre-and post-natal students. This class will teach the student how to zone in on deep abdominals more effectively and efficiently for use in Pilates or any workout.  Sure to be a great core workout! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
